In a rapidly evolving marketplace, it is essential to harness the potential of our leaders to help us navigate the changing waves. Leaders set it all in motion, and all of us in Atlantic Canada benefit from their expertise every day.
Leading the charge
Being a leader means ensuring our communities are prosperous. For ADS VP Derek Sullivan, this involves more than just doing great work:
“Being a leader is about creativity, imagination, and decisiveness. It’s a matter of empowering your team and community to be the best they can be, and turning visions for the future into realities. Sometimes it means stepping away from the beaten path, and taking risks you believe in to help make Atlantic Canada a better place to live and work.”
